Return & Refund Policy implements a 14 days Return & Refunds Policy, however, it is compulsory to CHAT WITH US BEFORE ANY RETURN. The return of the product can be arranged under the following reasons:



 Damaged  The product is damaged during delivery
 Defect  The product does not function or is broken
 Wrong item(s)  Different colour or different product as stated in the order 
 Missing part(s)/item(s)  Missing parts/items as indicated in the packaging  
 Website error     The product does not match the specifications, descriptions, or images displayed on the website                            

We do not accept the request for product return using the following reasons:



 Change of mind  Customer wishes to cancel the order
 Lack of information  Customer doesn’t know how to use the product. Please contact us and let us help you                   
 Unmatched size  The size ordered does not fit
 Customer’s mistake  Customer selected wrong option, quantity or variation

The general requirements for product return are as follows:

  • You can either ship the products back to us or bring the product to our office. However, the return products must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the date you received the items.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, delivery note or any payment made slip)
  • The products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not be used or installed. All sealed items must not be opened.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the product back to us.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and shall be in the good condition. The packaging shall also be in original condition in an original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Fochew Holding Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if the shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive the refund within 3 working days after the confirmation.
